At Texas Legal App, Inc. (“PushLegal”) we take the privacy and security of our users seriously. Information from Other Sources: We may obtain information about you from outside sources and add it to or combine it with your account information. We also may use commercially available demographic and marketing information from third parties to help us better serve you or inform you about products or services that we think will be of interest to you.

PushLegal’s Use of Personal Information: We may use personal information for billing purposes, to provide services or complete transactions you have requested, to anticipate and resolve problems with your services, and inform you about products or services from PushLegal or others that better meet your needs. More specifically, PushLegal may use e-mail, telemarketing, direct mail, and wireless text messages, to inform you about products or services we think will interest you. In these communications you will have the option to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving these communications.

If you choose not to receive marketing or promotional information from us, you will continue to receive customer service-related and technical notifications, and other similar information via email, wireless text messages, and/or direct mail.

Information Disclosed to Third Parties: Information about our customers is one of our most important business assets, and therefore we strive to protect it and keep it confidential.

PushLegal will not disclose your personal information, except as described in this Privacy Policy. Some services may be offered in conjunction with another company; in such cases, both PushLegal and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with these co-branded services. We may contract with other companies to provide certain services on our behalf, such as billing, mailings or statistical analysis.

Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Any and all information may be used to improve the services of PushLegal. PushLegal reserves the right to utilize information for marketing purposes, including displaying or otherwise using your comments concerning the services and you agree you are not entitled to compensation for such use.

As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. If PushLegal or some of its assets are acquired by another company, information about our customers and other visitors to this site would be among the transferred assets. Banner Ads on Other Sites: PushLegal may use third-party advertising companies to place banner advertisements about our products and services on other Web sites.

To measure advertising effectiveness and to offer selective ad content, the advertising companies may use an anonymous identifier to learn more about your visits to PushLegal sites and other Web sites. This anonymous identifier is NOT your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, or any other information that personally identifies you. If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the new policy promptly. If at any point we decide to use your personal information in a manner different from what was stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you.

Jurisdiction: The laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern this policy and your use of the application or service. You expressly agree that the courts in the State of Texas, Harris County have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with PushLegal or relating in any way to your use of the application or service.
